Moon Circles

If you saw my last blog post, then you may have seen a sneak peek of the painting video I was working on last week. This video is the first of a series I’m working on. The series will be painting videos based on songs from my band, Sunlight. Each will, of course, be a painting video and each painting will be titled the same as the song it is based on. Needless to say, each video will also have the song related to it playing in the background. This painting is available for purchase in my Etsy shop.

Getting my groove back!

True Love acrylic on 12" vinyl

“True Love”, acrylic paint markers on 12″ vinyl record, SOLD!

It’s been months since I’ve spent any significant amount of time painting. I’ve been busy, with traveling, singing, getting my prints into galleries and life in general. This weekend the urge was so strong to paint, that I brought some supplies home with me and painted while we watched football all day and evening on Sunday. The photos I’m sharing today are the result. These are all acrylic paint markers on vinyl. They are all available for sale. Contact me directly if you are interested in purchasing one or more of them. Thank you so much for your continued support of my creative life!

Happy New Year!

2012 is almost behind us! It’s been a wonderful year and I hope everyone has an even better year in 2013! Lots of exciting stuff coming up for me and my sweetie in the coming months. I promise to get back to blogging more regularly in the coming weeks. More music, art, love and joy coming soon! Until then, enjoy your family and friends and never take anything or anyone for granted. Be grateful for all the blessings and learn from the bad which is really just lessons/blessings in disguise! I am so very grateful for the good, the bad and everything in between. Nothing more exciting than a New Year ahead, a fresh slate to start over at the beginning! Happy New Year everyone!
